Radar Level Transmitters
Flowline's non-contact liquid level sensor is intended for industrial wastewater, municipal storm or sewer lift station, reservoir, river, canal or flume applications located below or above grade. Select this sensor for challenging application conditions that may include light surface foam or agitation, small trash or plant material, wind, condensation or vapor.
Wastewater Pump Station Liquid Level Measurement:
Flowline’s radar sensors are unaffected by condensation or any other waste variables (dirt, grease, oil, agitation, sludge, foam, condensation, chemicals or vapor). The pulse radar sensor is bracket mounted to the sump top and provides continuous level data to the PLC, which in turn, controls the submersible pump. The push button display module is wall mounted next to the sump for local indication. EchoPulse is reliable pump lift station level measurement.
Industrial Pump Station Liquid Level Measurement:
Sumps are liquid trash cans that receive, hold and transfer their contents into wastewater treatment. These are below grade condensing environments with application variables as diverse as their contents. Ultrasonic level sensors can produce poor results during the hot humid months of summer, when increased condensation collects on a transducer face, and attenuating the acoustic signal. The pulse radar level sensor can correct these and many more problems.
